About Shipping

We offer popular and most affordable shipping methods on the market - Packeta to your address, Packeta to their box network (where available) and Slovak Post Office. The exact prices for each type of shipping are shown at the shopping cart checkout. The quoted prices include shipping cost, basic insurance and handling.

How do I get FREE shipping?

Whenever the shopping amount is above 250 Eur, one or more of the shipping choices are offered for free.

What about shipping outside EU?

For international customers with delivery country residing outside of EU, the shipping cost does not include the taxes and duties of that country.

The product prices for shipping outside EU are lower (they do not contain VAT), which is likely collected later by the destination country customs.

How does Packeta work?

For most countries there is a choice to ship via Packeta courier.

  • In the shopping cart, choose the shipping method that suits you best. You can choose delivery to your address, delivery to a Packeta pick-up point, or to a self-service box, called Z-BOX. Note, that the options are destination country dependent.

  • For delivery to a pick-up point or Z-BOX, find one near you using the search engine. There are thousands of physical pick-up points throughout Europe, as well as self-service pick-up points called Z-BOXes.

  • Once the order is ready at the chosen pick-up point or in Z-BOX, Packeta will send you an informational email and SMS. When delivered to a Packeta pick-up point, you will also receive a password to pick up the shipment.

  • At the pick-up point, you only need to provide the password. Anyone can pick up the shipment with just this password.

  • You can pay any cash-on-delivery directly at the pick-up point, either in cash or by card.

  • For delivery to a Z-BOX, all you need is the Packeta mobile app, which automatically pairs with the Z-BOX and opens the box with your shipment.

  • You can easily track the status of your order in the Parcel Tracking section on the Packeta website or in the mobile app.

  • Typically, you have 7 days to pick up the shipment.

  • We recommend downloading the Packeta mobile app, which allows you to track every movement of the shipment, extend its storage time up to 21 days.

  • Returning items with Packeta is also easy: just enter the return in the mobile app or use the adhesive label that comes with the shipment. Then take the shipment to the nearest Packeta drop-off point, and you're done!
