A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form
If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will process your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the contact form. These are personal data including:

For what reason?
Based on the provided personal data, we will subsequently contact you regarding our offer of goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This involves processing under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract, or the implementation of measures prior to entering into a contract at your request.
If you do not provide us with this personal information, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the supply of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 2 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase
If you make a purchase with us, we will process the personal data we need from you to conclude a contract for the provision of our goods or services. These are mainly invoicing details: name, surname, address.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the contract – delivery of goods or provision of services. By using contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints, or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and other matters).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This involves processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – the performance of our legal obligation.
If you do not provide us with this personal information, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you for the supply of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
During the delivery of goods or provision of services and then for 2 years from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletter (commercial communication)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not expressly refused to receive marketing notifications, we will use your email address to send our marketing notifications.
On what legal basis?
This involves processing based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – our legitimate interests, which include targeted marketing communication to our customers.
How long will we process personal data?
2 years from your last purchase. In case you no longer wish to receive our marketing notifications, you can unsubscribe at any time via email or contact us at email: info@teslastrings.com.
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your personal data will stay with us. Nevertheless, some companies or individuals who assist us in running our e-shop have access to your personal data. They are:

We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

You can also request the restriction of processing, request a copy of processed personal data, request the deletion of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. An objection can be raised against processing based on legitimate interests.
